Registered Filipino Nurse with valid PRC License
Holder of MA Degree in Nursing or MAN from a recognized DHEI
At least 3 years of clinical practice

Member of an accredited professional nursing organization
Physically and mentally fit to work

Requirements:

Certified true copy of diploma

Certified true copy of transcript of records

Certificates of seminars and training

Certificate of organizational affiliations

COVID-19 vaccination card

PRC license (if applicable)

Certificates of work experiences
